Football
Interested in improving your SPARQ Score, adding a star to your Rivals.com ranking or standing out in the crowd of college football prospects? Then improve your combine performance.
Just like any other test you’ve taken, you must prepare for the “Combine Exam.” At Athletic Republic we’ll help you improve your football speed for the 40-yard dash, add quickness to your pro-agility cuts and develop the explosive power measured in the vertical jump. We’ll also teach you the techniques that can improve your combine results and on-field performance. Along the way we’ll improve your conditioning and stamina, so you’ll be ready to start the fourth quarter with the same strength you had in the first.
To help you improve your scores in the Combine Exam, we’re sharing a few of our scoring secrets for running the 40-yard fast, perfecting the pro-agility, and adding height to your vertical jump.
Hockey
Athletic Republic is the industry leader in Hockey performance training—a systematic progression of hockey training programs appropriate for all ages. The programs are embedded with the science of properly developing hockey players, while safely taking them past their limits. It’s the application of increasing a hockey player’s stride frequency, stride length, skating mechanics, conditioning, power output, shot velocity, puck control and dynamic stability. And we consistently deliver meaningful on-ice results:
- 50% improvement in rate of recovery
- 20 % greater leg strength
- 33% improvement in foot speed
- 2” increase in vertical power – increased explosive power
- 200% increase in EMG (electrical signal to muscles) skating musculature
Athletic Republic Hockey prides itself on speed and separation, knowing that in the "new" NHL (and at every other league, at every other level), speed and power dictate success. That is why, at Athletic Republic Hockey, we provide our players a program specifically designed to "Light the Lamp.”
Soccer
Soccer is a game of speed, strength, ball control and agility. It requires outstanding mental toughness. Outlasting an opponent in the ninetieth minute can become less of a mental battle if a player is in the best possible shape. The AR Norwood soccer program uses patented Athletic Republic protocols that generate measurable results in an athlete’s speed, strength, power, agility and game skills. In fact, many of the world’s top professional and elite athletes have benefited from these programs.
Now you can train like a pro. Our Acceleration program will increase your strength, speed and agility – all critical for being at the top of your game. This program is ideal for the serious athlete intent on gaining an edge in every aspect of the game.
