Acceleration 3 Day - Hockey or All Sport

Our core product designed to deliver the largest gains in athletic performance
and is ideal for pre season and offseason training. This is a balance protocol
that delivers are guaranteed results to the athlete. (for ages 12 and up)

  • 3 days a week for 90 minutes
  • 16 treadmill sessions
  • 8 Plyometric Sessions
  • Pre-test/Post Test
  • 24 sessions

Acceleration 2 Day - Hockey or All Sport

This offering consists of one treadmill session and one plyometric session in a week.
It is a great way to use our Acceleration training in supplement to a busy season or to pair with our strength/lifting program.

  • 8 plyometric sessions

  • 18 sessions

Junior Acceleration - Hockey or All Sport

This class is for our younger athletes (8-12 yrs old) and is an introduction to our acceleration programs.
It includes building the functional foundation of strength required for the Acceleration, as well as an
introduction to the actual Acceleration equipment and protocols

  • 8 week timeline
  • 2 days a week for 60 minute sessions
  • 16 sessions
  • Exposure to the plyometrics and treadmill programs
  • Functional strength with body weight and free weights
  • Development of coordination and kinesthetic awareness

In Season - Hockey or All Sport

This product is designed for our in season athletes who want to keep the edge sharp
and have usually completed one of our Acceleration programs.
It is a once a week session that switches between plyometric and treadmill training everyother week.
It is a great way to combat loss of fitness during an athletic schedule.

  • 1 day a week for 90 minutes
  • 5 treadmill/5 plyometric sessions
