Core Program

Our Acceleration programs are built around our proprietary technology and training protocols. They are tried and true when it comes to delivering results in the game. They incorporate treadmill, plyometric, and functional strength sessions configured to progress our athletes as effectively and safely as possible toward maximum potential. [ Acceleration 8 ]

Our core product, designed to deliver maximum results in athletic performance.

[ Acceleration 1 & 1 ]

This offering consists of one treadmill session and one plyometric session weekly. It is a great way to use our Acceleration training in supplement to a busy season or to pair with our strength/lifting programs.

[ Junior Acceleration ]

This class is for our younger athletes (8-12 years old) and is an introduction to our acceleration programs. It includes building the functional foundation of strength required for the Acceleration, as well as an introduction to the actual Acceleration equipment and protocols.

                 2 days a week for 60 minute sessions

                 Exposure to the plyometrics and treadmill programs

                 Functional strength with body weight and free weights

                 Development of coordination and kinesthetic awareness

[ In Season ]

This product is designed for our in season athletes who want to keep the edge sharp and have usually completed one of our Acceleration programs. It is a once a week session that is a powerful tool to keep our athletes healthy and strong during season when so often conditioning and fitness are pushed aside.

This product is for our teams that come to train together. We put the athletes through workouts based upon the team's goals and how often they will be working out with us. We offer our Accelerations and our In Season training in team format. Please contact us to discuss what would work best for your team.
